How we use information

Mercurius Supply collects and uses business contact information, correspondence, procurement requirements, and materials voluntarily provided to us exclusively for business-to-business purposes, including responding to inquiries, evaluating sourcing requirements, preparing requested quotes, maintaining business records, and complying with applicable law. An inquiry does not authorize marketing subscriptions, advertising use, or disclosure to other businesses for their independent purposes.

Mercurius Supply does not sell, rent, trade, or disclose inquiry information or submitted materials to other companies, advertising agencies, or third-party vendors for their independent use, marketing, profiling, or targeted advertising. We do not provide identifiable inquiry information or submitted files to sourcing vendors without your specific authorization. Limited processing by Shopify and service providers acting on our behalf may be necessary to host this website, deliver communications, safeguard information, or maintain records; such processing is limited to the applicable service purpose. Disclosure may also occur when legally required. These limited operational and legal circumstances are not permission for independent advertising or commercial exploitation of your information.
